This site is reader supported. It is presented by Paul Fulford. (See “About” page for further details.) Its ongoing development and administration is made possible through affiliate links. A number of affiliates require me to explicitly declare that relationship, so … I am affiliated with, amongst others, Amazon. As an Amazon Associate this site earns from qualifying purchases. I am associated with a number of other vendors as well, such as “Buy Me A Coffee” which is a service for creators like me to collect small donations.
